About Us
NAP Head Spa is a Korean-inspired head spa located inside Westfield Warringah Mall.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Spa Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Managing bookings and appointments
- Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
- Client check-in and check-out
- Explaining treatments and products
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Confident making conversation and small talk with clients
- Well-presented with a neat and professional appearance
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in K-Beauty, spa or wellness is a bonus
- Reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Applicants from all visa backgrounds are welcome, including student visa holders, provided you have valid Australian working rights.
This is a part-time position for approximately 2-4days per week. Working days can be discussed depending on your availability.
Pay
Hourly rate will be discussed depending on experience and suitability.
