Provisional Psychologist /Behaviour Support Practitioner
Full-Time Employee | $80,000–$100,000 + Super + Benefits
Join a values-led practice that believes in clarity, flexibility, and genuine support across the entire client journey.
At Intertwined Health, we don't believe in chaos, guesswork, or clinicians being left to navigate complexity alone.
We also don't believe in blurred role boundaries, or cultures that compromise practitioner wellbeing.
What we do believe in is structure, transparency, and a truly neuroaffirming, rights-focused approach to Behaviour Support.
The practice is founded and led by Dr Mary Girgis, a Clinical Psychologist with 11 years' experience and a strong grounding in intellectual disability and emotion regulation, who provides hands-on supervision and support to provisional psychologists working toward general registration.
We believe great clinical work happens when practitioners feel safe, respected, and supported, without losing professional autonomy.
If you are seeking a workplace that honours both the humanity and the practical realities of BSP work, you will feel supported here.
