We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team in Yatala. This role is ideal for someone who is confident making coffee independently and is also happy to help across front-of-house and general cafe duties. About the role: - Making consistently good coffee using a commercial espresso machine - Taking customer orders and operating the POS - Providing friendly and efficient customer service - Assisting with simple food preparation when required - Restocking and maintaining the front counter - General cleaning and keeping the workplace organised - Supporting other team members during busy periods About you: - Previous barista experience is essential - Confident making a range of espresso-based coffees independently - Able to work efficiently during busy periods - Friendly and confident with customers - Reliable and punctual - Willing to help with both front-of-house and basic food preparation - Able to work well as part of a small team Position: - Casual - $34–$38 per hour + applicable penalty rates - Pay rate depending on experience and applicable classification - Immediate start available We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our team, not just someone who can make coffee.
