Opportunity
We are looking for a permanent full-time Painter based in Sydney to join our team.
Job Description
As a painter you will be responsible for painting and decorate surfaces such walls and ceilings.
The main tasks you will be performing are:
- Painting surfaces such as doors, ceilings, windows, walls, and adjacent structures.
- Removing old paint and wallpaper, fixed structures such as nails and screws as well as filling holes and cracks so that the surface is flat and smooth for painting.
- Decorating walls with different shades of gray when necessary.
- Responsible for the correct mixing of colour tones to carry out the painting service.
- Applying varnish and different toners to the painter for shiny effects in different tones.
- Cleaning the workplace after use, including removing paint stains that may have spilled in addition to the materials used for the painting service.
- Ensuring that structures that will not be painted are properly covered and designed.
Experience Required
- At least 2 years of full-time working experience

- Be able to lift heavy load
Job Arrangements
- Position: Full-time and permanent
- From Monday to Friday and weekends if required
- 38 hours weekly
- Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation per annum
- Your working location may change as you are required to work in different worksites, but you will report to your head office based on Alexandria 2015 NSW
