About the Role
Lead nursing and multidisciplinary teams across Statewide Care of the Older Person and Community Transition, supporting safe, high quality care and positive outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate patient care across the service
- Manage team performance, culture and workforce priorities
- Strengthen practice, policy alignment and care quality
- Build strong partnerships across clinical and support teams
About You
You’ll bring strong clinical leadership, a collaborative approach and a commitment to person and family centred care.
- Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and conflict skills
- Experience managing teams and leading change
- Strong multidisciplinary and consumer engagement skills
- Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and health policy
