With an approx 200-capacity space and a massive weekend crowd, we’ve built a young, hungry crew that genuinely enjoys the hustle. The atmosphere is fast-paced, the community vibe is real, and we need a leader who can step onto the floor, match that energy, and keep the standard high.
The Gig
This isn’t a clipboard-carrying role. You’ll be right in the action, setting the pace and taking ownership of the venue's day-to-day success.

What You Bring
You’ve got presence on the floor, you don't sweat a Friday night rush, and you know how to rally a team.
- Solid leadership experience in a busy pub or high-volume bar environment.
- A natural knack for managing people—you know how to motivate a younger team, keep morale high, and handle floor drama with ease.
- An ACT RSA and Approved Manager notice (or the ability to grab one quickly).
