About the role
Medison Construction is looking for a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks, contributing to the successful delivery of residential and commercial projects. This role requires a high standard of workmanship and a strong understanding of construction practices.
What you'll be doing
· Interpret construction drawings and specifications
· Measure, cut, and assemble materials for structural and detailed carpentry
· Perform framing, formwork, and internal fit-outs including doors, windows, and cabinetry
· Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing structures
· Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
· Maintain safe and clean work environments on-site
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
· Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
What we're looking for
· Certificate III in Carpentry or Joinery, or an equivalent recognised qualification
· At least one year of post-qualification experience or a valid Carpentry Licence
· White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
· Good knowledge of Australian building codes and construction practices
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
· Driver’s licence preferred

Pay: $82,500.00 – $93,000.00 per year
