We are seeking a confident and guest-obsessed Front Office Manager to lead the front-of-house experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment, builds inclusive and high-performing teams and brings calm, creativity and care to every guest interaction.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will lead the Front Office team with energy, consistency and confidence. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey, supporting a culture of genuine hospitality and ensuring our Front Office operation is smooth, commercially aware and service-led.
You will play a key role in creating a dynamic, inspiringly inclusive and guest-centric working environment where our Collaborators feel supported, trusted and empowered to perform at their best.
What you will be doing

You will lead, coach and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint, from arrival to departure and everything in between.

Oversee daily operations, rostering, performance, service standards and guest feedback, ensuring the team is focused, proactive and solution-oriented.

Contribute as a key member of the hotel leadership team, working collaboratively across departments to drive service excellence, operational consistency and memorable guest outcomes.

Manage department budgets, labour controls, forecasting and reporting with sound commercial judgement and clear communication.

Bring composure, confidence and positive energy to a 7-day hotel operation, including weekends, public holidays and occasional nights as required.
About You:
We are seeking applications from dynamic and pre-established Hotel Front Office Managers. You will naturally demonstrate:

A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration with strong leadership acumen and experience in driving service standards

Recent and demonstrable Hotel Front Office Management experience from high end and/or luxury establishments

Strong IT skills - preferably with experience using Opera Cloud

Relevant long term and permanent working rights in Australia

A high standard of customer standards and delivery of service

Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality and/or Hotel Management

A natural energy with an ambitious driven for excellence

A people centric collaborator with a creative spirit and a respectful and engaging approach to developing and maintaining effective working relationships
