You'll own your territory, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified pipeline that directly impacts our growth. With the right tools, ongoing coaching, and clear career progression, you'll have everything you need to sharpen your skills and take the next step in your sales career.
What You'll Do
- Own your territory and build strategic outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Engage decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and qualify high-value opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives to turn qualified meetings into revenue.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other leading sales tools to maximize your success.
- Continuously refine your approach using data, coaching, and market insights.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years of success in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers.
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms.
- A background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative sales.
- A proven record of exceeding targets and a drive to keep raising the bar.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
