This role offers flexible working arrangements, with opportunities to work from NSW RFS Headquarters, Sydney Olympic Park or State Training Academy, Dubbo by negotiation. Some travel may be required to support stakeholder engagement, implementation activities and training across NSW.
What you’ll be doing:
The Supervisor Learning Systems leads the implementation and optimisation of the NSW RFS Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (SMS). The role is responsible for ensuring learning systems, training products and associated processes support organisational capability, meet RTO compliance requirements and deliver an effective user experience for staff and volunteers.
You'll be working closely with project teams, vendors and stakeholders across the organisation, the role provides leadership in system configuration, learning governance, change management, quality assurance and continuous improvement to support the successful delivery of training and professional development across NSW RFS.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced learning and development professional with strong learning systems expertise and a sound understanding of vocational education, RTO compliance and organisational change.
Our ideal candidate will have experience implementing or managing LMS, SMS or similar enterprise learning technologies in a complex environment. They will be a collaborative leader who can translate business needs into practical system solutions, engage stakeholders, lead teams through change and support a modern learning ecosystem for staff and volunteers.
