The Role
We are seeking a
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead our FP&A function and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the Group.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving the strategic planning, forecasting and reporting cycles while providing meaningful insights that support decision-making. You will partner closely with our Executive Team, and Finance Business Partners to analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes. Your main duties will include but not be limited to;
- Lead the annual budgeting, long-term planning and monthly forecasting processes.
- Lead Board and Executive Leadership Team reporting, as well as PMO Reporting and monthly business reviews
- Uphold Group-wide reporting governance, systems and standards ensuring financial information is consistent and accurate.
- Develop clear reports and dashboards that translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and detailed performance insights to support strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Commercial Finance to align financial forecasts with the Integrated Business Planning cycle.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
The Person
You will be a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical capability with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You are comfortable working through complexity, love working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenging assumptions to provide a clear view of business performance. You will bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ experience within a complex corporate environment, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced organisation.
- Strong experience across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management or Corporate Financial Control.
- Experience in M&A, Operations Finance or Corporate Finance will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a finance team of three or more.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical and Excel capability.
- Strong working knowledge of business intelligence, planning or financial reporting systems.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong commercial judgement and a track record of translating insights into tangible business outcomes.
