What you’ll do
Step into a fast-paced, highly executional role where you will be the creative voice driving best-in-class messaging for Everyday Rewards and key partner campaigns, delivering high-quality work across a variety of digital channels.
Develop concepts and craft engaging, clear, and persuasive messaging for large-scale campaigns across owned and paid digital channels, including eDMs, apps, and social media.
Coordinate and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to tight timelines, brand voice guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with designers and marketing servicing teams to ensure creative solutions developed are of the highest quality.
Guide and support junior marketing stakeholders by confidently presenting ideas and constructively talking through the rationale behind creative feedback.
What you'll bring
You are a self-motivated and highly proactive creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't need to be handheld to get the job done. You bring a relentless drive for quality, an executional mindset, and a collaborative spirit that builds strong stakeholder relationships.
A stellar portfolio showcasing exceptional storytelling and conceptual skills, ideally with experience in retail, performance marketing, or an in-house studio environment.
Proven ability to hit the ground running with strong executional skills to manage tight turnarounds and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate strategic messages into effective marketing communications.
A degree or relevant industry experience in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
