We are currently seeking a fully qualified pest and termite technicians to cover various Melbourne suburbs (Eastern and Southeastern suburbs a plus).
Employment options range from $80K -$90K with $120,000 OTE (incl bonuses 5% commission on all non-standard one-off jobs won and completed valued over $1,000 such as solar panel proofing and termite barriers and 10% on all new business brought in and upsells) depending on experience and skill set. The position will be on a full-time basis, working five (5) days with overtime and bonus options available.
Subcontractors can earn over 150k a year, depending on the volume of work you are able to take.
Job Requirements:
Please apply if you possess the following:
1- Current pest control license
2- Termite qualified and capable, and up-to-date with current industrial practice.
3- Current valid Australian driver's license
4- Minimum of 1 year of working termite experience

4- Must be detail-oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions provided by the company in providing services
