Little Family Group Pty. Ltd. is looking for a full-time qualified and experienced chef to work full-time in our busy cafe.
Salary: $80,000-$85,000 PA
Duties and Responsibilities:-
. Prepare, cook and present menu items to cafe standards.
. Maintain and monitor food quality, portion control and consistency at all stages of preparation.
. Support service during peak periods and assist with other sections when required.
. Plan and follow recipes and contribute ideas for specials and menu improvenents as directed.
. Maintain stock levels in your section and report any shortages.
. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
. Minimise waste and help manage costs.
Qualifications and Experience:
. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
. Minimum 12-months experience in a commercial kitchen.
