Ready to lead a thriving Kindergarten program and make a lasting impact? Eden Academy West Lakes is searching for a passionate Lead Early Childhood Teacher to inspire children, mentor educators and deliver an exceptional school readiness program.
Our purpose-built service caters for up to 120 children and features beautiful natural play spaces, light-filled learning environments and quality resources that allow children to learn through play every day.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience leading a high-quality Kindergarten program
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check and Australian working rights
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for school readiness
