In this role, you'll:
Reporting to our Director Performance and Assurance, you’ll be responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining, and executing a risk-based fraud and corruption control strategy, framework and plan that supports a culture of ethical decision-making and reporting.
You’ll lead and undertake fraud and corruption assurance projects ensuring that completed projects add value and are executed per quality standards, plans, budgets, feedback requirements and within agreed timeframes.
You’ll develop monitoring programs, dashboards and other management reporting that enables oversight and management of fraud and corruption risks.
You’ll lead and develop a high performing, expert team and work effectively with stakeholders to ensure a culture of ethical decision making and reporting.

This permanent position is located in our Burwood office. The role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures. This includes a combination of required onsite attendance and approved remote working.

About you
Relevant tertiary qualifications in in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in fraud and corruption formed across investigations or integrity-focused environments, will see you excel in delivering high-quality assurance outcomes and navigating competing priorities and complex issues.
You’ll have proven experience reviewing and understanding fraud and corruption risks to the business and the exercise of judgment in analysing those risks to ensure appropriate management and mitigation is being undertaken.
You’ll have experience developing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships to meet stakeholders’ expectations and are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.
