Minimum Requirements for All Roles
To be considered, applicants must:

Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card or valid interim certificate
- Have full Australian working rights
- Be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English
- Be available to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Be reliable, punctual and professionally presented
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Be able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
- Demonstrate a positive, respectful and professional attitude in the workplace
