Our reputation for delicious, hand-crafted baked goods extends throughout Melbourne and beyond. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.
We have established a reputation as one of Melbourne’s leading artisan bakeries, providing premium baked goods to the city’s most renowned venues. Your role will be an integral part of this story.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a responsible and reliable casual Delivery Driver to distribute our products to retail stores and wholesale customers across Melbourne. You will represent our company in a professional manner, contributing to customer satisfaction and supporting the continued growth of our business.
We currently have casual shift coverage available across two delivery runs:
- Afternoon shifts: Commencing from 3:00pm and delivering to our retail locations across Melbourne.
- Early morning shifts: Commencing from 1:30am and delivering to our wholesale customers across Melbourne.
Applicants are welcome to express interest in afternoon shifts, early morning shifts, or both. Please indicate your preferred shift availability when applying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver baked goods to retail and wholesale locations across Melbourne using company-provided vehicles
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness of packaging and transportation crates
- Complete delivery logs and required documentation
- Comply with road rules, safety standards, and company policies
- Adhere to food safety policies and procedures
About You:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver (multi-drop experience required)
- Operation of diesel trucks (preferred)
- Valid Australian manual driver’s licence
- Availability to work either early morning or afternoon shifts across 7 days per week
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to undergo a police check
