1) Responds to customer service calls dispatched from the Service Desk. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves intermediate to complex problems with computer operating systems and application configurations. Performs installation of desktop software products. Performs additional application installation and/or configuration as required. Provides support and guidance for configuration and installation of computer equipment. Completes necessary administrative work to track and demonstrate completion of tasks. Participates and communicates effectively with team members. Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and improved customer relations. Provides simple and detailed routine service support on products designed with rapid replacement modules (FRU). Develops understanding of computer operating system and application interaction with computer equipment. Performs computer equipment relocation, changes and/or upgrades. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products. Focused on solving business problems Demonstrated commitment to quality and performance improvement. Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work unsupervised. Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities. Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
