Disability Support Worker – Multiple locations (Casual)

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to support a participant in Fairfield.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Provide personalised, person-centred support
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Support clients to build independence and life skills
- Implement individual support plans and goals
- Facilitate community participation and engagement
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Administer medication in line with protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, including behaviour support and schizophrenia
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Essential:
- Cert III in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Experience in disability support (including direct client care)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
