Job Summary
MESO Solutions is seeking a full-time Design Architect to join its Rosebery, NSW design team. The role supports architectural design development, documentation, BIM coordination, and consultant coordination across a range of construction projects.

Responsibilities
· Prepare concepts, design development, tender, construction, and as-built documentation.
· Develop architectural plans, drawings, details and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
· Coordinate BIM models and documentation with structural, geotechnical, civil and services consultants.
· Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and NSW planning requirements.
· Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and certifiers during project delivery.
· Assist with tender support, design reviews, RFIs and construction-phase coordination.
· Review site information and construction progress against approved design documentation.
· Support documentation quality, consistency and ongoing improvement of design systems and workflows.
· Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required.
Qualifications and Skills
· Degree qualification in Architecture (Master of Architecture or equivalent recognised qualification).
· Demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation within the construction, geotechnical, or built environment, with full-time experience exceeding one year.
· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
· Knowledge of BIM coordination processes.
· Working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and NSW planning controls.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· NSW registration as an Architect, or eligibility/progress toward registration, is desirable but not essential, as the role is primarily an internal design, documentation, and BIM coordination role. The duties do not require statutory registration or formal architectural sign-off.”
