Job Description
Graduate Architect Position
Daily tasks include
- Prepare architectural drawings, construction documentation, specifications, and detailed design packages for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions in accordance with project briefs, client requirements, site constraints, and regulatory standards.
- Produce and maintain 3D models, architectural illustrations, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Conduct site measurements, field investigations, data collection, and obtain relevant property, planning, and development records.
- Undertake site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions, monitor project progress, and ensure works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and authorities throughout the design and documentation process.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning permit, building permit, and regulatory approval documentation.
- Review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, Australian Standards, planning regulations, and client requirements.
- Maintain project records, documentation registers, and administrative systems associated with architectural projects and presentations.
- Contribute to project planning, design development, and documentation delivery while continually advancing professional architectural knowledge and working towards recognized industry accreditation.
Requirements:
1) Hold a university accredited Architectural Education Qualification
2) 3 - 5 years of post-graduate in office experience

Annual salary: $80,000 + Super - 38 Hrs / Week
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
