As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Brisbane team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting complex, niche hiring across our Global Advisory and digital consulting capabilities, with a strong focus on mining and energy infrastructure projects. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Australia-Asia to deliver high-impact talent outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will play a key role in shaping and executing talent strategies for consulting, advisory, and digital-focused roles, attracting candidates with backgrounds from top-tier environments such as strategy, management consulting, and digital transformation practices, applied within a mining and energy infrastructure context.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across advisory, consulting, and digital capability areas supporting mining and energy infrastructure projects in the Australia-Asia region.

Partner with leadership teams to define and execute targeted talent attraction strategies aligned to business growth.

Conduct proactive talent mapping, market research, targeted LinkedIn Recruiter searches, and direct sourcing activities to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-calibre talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Develop and leverage market intelligence, including competitor analysis, talent trends, and emerging skillsets.

Establish and manage strategic external partnerships to strengthen brand presence in the consulting and digital talent market.

Provide consultative advice to stakeholders on hiring strategy, market positioning, and candidate engagement.

Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to forecast and plan workforce needs across multiple business lines.

Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diversity and inclusion outcomes.
About You:
You bring 5-8 years' experience in recruitment, with proven success hiring within advisory, management consulting, digital transformation, or professional services environments, ideally with exposure to mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors. You have strong direct sourcing capabilities and demonstrated experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and other proactive search methodologies to identify and engage passive candidates for specialist and difficult-to-fill positions. You are commercially minded, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation. You are comfortable engaging senior leaders, interpreting market data, and translating business needs into targeted talent attraction strategies. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in environments where you can take ownership, build talent pipelines, and deliver recruitment outcomes in competitive talent markets.
