About the role
Step into the Lead Document Control role for one of Australia’s major energy infrastructure projects. Provide strategic expertise, optimise information management and influence how project information is managed and delivered. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll be trusted to drive outcomes, navigate competing priorities and make a real impact across the HumeLink Project.
About you
You’re an experience document control professional who thrives on providing guidance, building capability and driving continuous improvement. You bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build positive relationships. Highly organised and self-motivated, you’re equally comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team, even when priorities are competing and deadlines are tight.
- Experience in document, system and information management on large-scale projects.
- Experience administering InEight EDMS on major infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in document control systems, including SharePoint and InEight Doc.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Teams, Outlook and MS Office.
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications, or relevant document control experience.
