- Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission medical imaging equipment, primarily general X-ray, OPG, DEXA and Mammography systems, at hospitals, radiology clinics, and healthcare facilities, ensuring all systems meet manufacturer and clinical specifications.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and corrective repairs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electronic, electrical, mechanical, and software faults using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical documentation.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective operation of medical imaging equipment.
- Calibration & Testing: Perform equipment calibration, quality assurance testing, and performance verification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Training: Deliver operator training to customers and end users on equipment operation, routine care, and best practices.
- Field Service: Travel to customer sites to install, service, and repair equipment while delivering a high standard of customer service and technical support.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
