About Us
Lead Change. Shape Culture. Make Your Mark.
Vinarchy is redefining wine.
Formed through the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is one of the world’s leading dedicated wine companies and home to brands including Hardys, Campo Viejo and Jacob’s Creek.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Internal Communications & Change to lead our global Internal Communications and Change function and help drive employee engagement and transformation across the business during an 8-month parental leave contract.
With 2,000 employees across 15 countries, this role is pivotal in connecting a diverse workforce to our strategy and priorities, while driving consistent, compelling messaging globally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys stepping into challenges, building capability and creating impact from day one.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, you'll lead a team of communications professionals across Australia, UK and Spain while partnering closely with the CEO and senior executives across the business globally to navigate significant organisational change. You'll provide strategic counsel, shape communication strategies, drive change initiatives and help establish ways of working that support Vinarchy's ongoing evolution.
This is far more than a traditional internal communications role.
We're looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to executives, provide practical guidance on transformation initiatives and bring an experienced lens to change management, risk and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll be Responsible for
Shaping and delivering global campaigns and initiatives that connect 2,000 employees (white and blue collar) across 15 countries to our strategy, purpose and priorities.
Partnering with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, HR and Corporate Affairs to drive employee engagement, culture and organisational change.
Building and embedding change capability, tools and frameworks that equip leaders and managers to lead their teams through change with confidence.
Owning the internal communications channel strategy, ensuring the right mix of channels reaches every employee, wherever they work.
Setting the tone and narrative for internal storytelling, ensuring our values, strategy and business priorities come to life in a consistent and compelling way.
Advising and coaching senior leaders on communication approaches, key messages and executive presence, including scripting for town halls, videos and leadership cascades.
Creating clarity, focus and direction in a dynamic environment where priorities move quickly, and bringing calm and structure when things are ambiguous.
What We're Looking for
You'll bring significant experience leading communications and change in complex organisations and be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.
You'll likely have experience in
Change management, transformation, M&A or large-scale business change programs.
Fast-paced, commercially driven or investor-owned organisations.
Influencing senior executives and advising leaders through periods of uncertainty and change.
Leading and developing internal communications teams.
Building stakeholder trust quickly and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can hit the ground running.
We're looking for a seasoned professional who can quickly understand the business, make sound decisions, provide direction and help maintain momentum during a critical period of transformation.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to:
Play a key role in shaping a newly formed global organisation.
Lead meaningful change and transformation initiatives.
Build and evolve communications capability in a growing function.
Work directly with senior leaders on high-profile strategic priorities.
Leave a lasting impact in a business that is redefining the future of wine.
If you're an internal communications and change leader who enjoys stepping into complex environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity and creating meaningful business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Ready to redefine your future? APPLY TODAY! Applications close Friday 31st July.
