We are seeking a motivated Assistant Farm Manager to support the Farm Manager in delivering safe, efficient and productive day-to-day operations on a thriving macadamia property in the Bundaberg region.

About the Role
As Assistant Farm Manager, you will provide operational support to the Farm Manager, helping to ensure all farming activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will lead by example through hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, including machinery operation, irrigation management, supervision of staff and contractors, and coordination of field activities. You'll also play an important role in mentoring team members, driving productivity and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our company values.
What We're Looking For

Current Driver's Licence.
- Proven experience in agricultural or farming operations.
- Experience with chemical handling and application, machinery operation and irrigation systems.
- Strong understanding of team leadership, task coordination and workplace safety.
- Experience using farm software, record-keeping systems and electronic time and attendance platforms.
- Sound administrative skills, including ordering, invoicing and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable, can-do attitude.
- Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
