About the role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Senior Medical Receptionist/Practice Manager who will play a vital role in the smooth running and growth of our practices. This is an opportunity for you to involve in day to day running of the practice, streamline daily operations, and deliver exceptional service to our patients.
What you'll be doing
This is a part time and full time position .
Your responsibilities will include:
Clinic communications – phone, email, and welcoming clients.
Daily operations – managing clinic flow and supporting team operations. Oversee billing, payments, and Medicare claims
Calendar management – optimising bookings and reducing downtime
Client retention – following up with lapsed clients and assisting team members with treatment plan bookings
Compliance support – assisting with documentation and clinic standards
Clinic presentation – maintaining a clean, professional environment
Leadership – taking initiative and confidently managing daily operations.
Marketing & social media – providing support when needed
What we're looking for
At least 12 months experience as a senior medical receptionist/practice manager in general practice/specialist/allied health clinic.
Confidence using best practice .
Experience with similar practice management systems will be considered
Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
A team player attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Availability to work with flexible hours.
Knowledge of compliance in the health care industry

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
