Supps247 is a growing Australian retailer specialising in sports nutrition, vitamins, supplements, bodybuilding, fitness and general health products.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant who genuinely loves the gym and fitness lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of supplements and nutrition products and be eager to continue learning.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store experience
- Understand customers’ fitness goals and help them select suitable products
- Provide general product information about supplements, sports nutrition and vitamins
- Process sales and operate the POS system
- Maintain, organise and restock shelves
- Keep the store clean, organised and presentable
- Receive, check and organise stock deliveries
- Maintain accurate product pricing and attractive displays
- Help the team achieve store sales targets
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Stay informed about new products and fitness industry trends
- Assist with basic social media content when required
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for the gym, fitness, bodybuilding, health or sports nutrition
- Basic knowledge of supplements, such as protein, creatine, pre-workouts and vitamins
- Confidence discussing fitness goals and recommending suitable products
- A willingness to complete product training and continue developing your knowledge
- Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
- A friendly, energetic and approachable personality
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, sales or supplement-store experience is preferred but not essential
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
