About us
Browns Plumbing Corryong is a third-generation family business that has been keeping Corryong's pipes, pumps and hot water running for decades. We do everything from hot water systems and gas fitting to commercial plumbing at schools, hospitals and large sites.
We're growing, we want to keep growing and we need the right person to help us run the place properly.
About the role

As the Operations Manager of Browns Plumbing Corryong you are responsible for the day to day running of the business, as if this business was your own.
As a small business in regional victoria the relationships we have with our team, our suppliers and our customers matter and the reputation from those relationships matter more than a metro business. You will ensure the team is well supported and looked after. You will manage the scheduling of jobs, teams and ordering materials. You will make sure all outgoing and incoming invoices are paid on time, or that they are followed up with until they are paid.
You are someone who sees problems before others, that is happy to admit when they are wrong, you are organised in all aspects of your life and you are the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
You will work closely with the owner working on developing the business, solving problems and keeping the chain of communication strong.
Finally, your actions will mean that Browns Plumbing Corryong and the name we have built in our community is stronger, that we are able to serve more customers and build a great business.
