- Work alongside office teams to improve client acquisition, conversion outcomes and local market growth.
- Contribute to national growth initiatives, Agent forums, training programs and continuous improvement projects.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, business development, franchise development, territory growth, sales or a related field.
- Proven success identifying, attracting and onboarding business owners, franchisees, Agents or similar independent operators.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and developing individuals to achieve commercial and growth outcomes.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn strategy into action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a data-driven approach.
- Experience within aged care, home care, healthcare, franchising or community services will be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, outcomes-focused and comfortable working autonomously across multiple locations.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the state.
