Salon Assistant - The Ultimate Client Experience Starts at the Basin
Our Salon Assistant play a huge role in creating the Blow Bar experience. You'll help prepare clients for their service while delivering a relaxing, professional, and luxurious shampoo experience.
As a Salon Assistant, You'll:
- Welcome and prepare clients for their hair service.
- Deliver relaxing and professional shampoo and basin services.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
- Communicate with stylists to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Assist with preparing stations and maintaining salon cleanliness.
- Keep shampoo areas clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Support stylists and the wider team during busy periods.
- Help create a positive, energetic, and welcoming salon environment.
- Maintain Blow Bar's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Hairdressing experience or shampoo/basin experience is highly regarded, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.
