In this role, you will oversee and manage the civil construction operations on site, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage site activities, including supervising subcontractors, labourers and machinery operators.
- Conduct regular site inspections, provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports and safety records.
If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with reputable contractor.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of subcontractors and labourers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and relevant certifications in Civil construction and safety standards.
