You will work closely with operational and executive leaders to drive financial performance, provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making across Residential Aged Care and Retirement Village operations.
You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis, while helping stakeholders interpret financial information, identify opportunities and improve operational performance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, strategic projects and the evolution of a contemporary business partnering model across the organisation.

- Delivering timely reporting, variance analysis and commercial insights to support better decision-making.
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance, manage costs and maximise value.
- Work collaboratively with residents and their families to support positive experiences and a resident-centred approach.
- Supporting investment evaluation, capital expenditure oversight and business case development.
- Enhancing reporting tools, systems and processes to drive continuous improvement and better financial control.
- Coaching stakeholders in the use and interpretation of financial reports to build financial capability across the business.
- Providing ad hoc analysis and support on strategic and operational projects as they arise.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A environment.
- Strong analytical capability, financial modelling skills and commercial acumen.
- The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and systems capability, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience in aged care, health, community services or similarly complex service environments will be highly regarded.
