Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural plans and specifications to accurately prepare stone benchtop quotations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations to clients via email and phone.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to answer client enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Assist showroom customers by understanding their project requirements, guiding them through stone selection, and providing accurate quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, customer interactions, and project details within the company system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the quoting and project process.
- Perform any other duties reasonably requested by management that are consistent with the responsibilities of an Estimator and in line with industry standards.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
