We also have a strong focus on occupational rehabilitation, providing workplace assessments, suitable duties programs, return-to-work planning, and pre-employment assessments to support both individuals and organisations.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, client-centred care and supporting individuals throughout their journey towards improved health, independence, and wellbeing.

We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly growing team.
In this role, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges related to injury, illness, disability, or ageing. Your work will focus on promoting independence, improving mobility and participation, and enhancing overall quality of life.
You will independently manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC referrals, while working within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Strong understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disabilities
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
