The role
Behind EBOS Group’s scale sits a complex property footprint: more than 130 sites across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, spanning industrial, commercial and office facilities that support the movement of essential products every day.
This is a hands-on commercial property role supporting EBOS Group’s Australian and New Zealand property portfolio. Working with the Head of Property, you’ll help deliver commercially sound leasing, property and project outcomes across a diverse mix of industrial, commercial and office facilities.
The role is primarily leasing-focused, covering renewals, rent reviews, options, terminations, make-good negotiations and related transactions. You’ll work with business units, landlords, agents, consultants and legal advisers to shape practical leasing strategies and support operational needs.
You’ll also support property projects, including fit-outs, relocations, sale and leaseback activity, solar projects and longer-term portfolio rationalisation work.
What you’ll work on
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, options, terminations, new leases and make-good negotiations.
- Partner with business units to understand site requirements and shape commercially practical property solutions.
- Work with landlords, agents, consultants and legal advisers to progress property transactions.
- Support property exits, relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments and portfolio rationalisation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate property, lease, occupancy and utilities information to support reporting and decision-making.
What will make you successful
You’ll bring at substantial experience across commercial or industrial property, ideally supporting a multi-site portfolio. Tenant-side experience would be highly regarded, though strong agency or landlord-side experience will also be considered. We also seek:
- Strong leasing knowledge, including lease review, negotiation, renewals, rent reviews and make-good obligations.
- Commercial acumen and confidence working with property costs, market data and transaction options.
- Sound understanding of property and contract law.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business leaders, landlords, agents and advisers.
- Project coordination capability and high attention to detail.
