An exciting opportunity has become available for a Supervisor Linehaul to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead frontline train crews, drive operational performance and foster a strong safety culture while delivering exceptional service outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be accountable for leading and coordinating day‑to‑day Linehaul operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:

Lead operational activities to support Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) targets.

Ensure all train movements and Linehaul functions operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with PN standards.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to train crews, building capability and fostering a safe, accountable and high-performing team culture.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, performance and productivity.

Support national and local operational plans, including roster optimisation and operational efficiency.

Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support customer‑centric service outcomes.

Contribute to workforce, asset and resource planning to ensure effective utilisation of people and resources.
What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated leadership experience within rail, transport, logistics, mining, manufacturing or another complex operational environment

Proven ability to lead, engage and motivate frontline teams.

Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical workplace.

Experience driving safety improvements and managing risk.
