Duffy Fabrications is looking for a skilled and reliable Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time basis.
Based in Emu Plains, our work is a combination of workshop-based fabrication and on-site work, so the successful applicant will need to be comfortable working in both environments.
The Role
As a Boilermaker at Duffy Fabrications, you’ll be responsible for fabrication, welding, repairs and general metalwork. You’ll work from our Emu Plains workshop as well as travel to client sites to complete installation, repairs and other fabrication work.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar fabrication role
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Willingness to complete and pass a weld test
- Basic hand tools required
- Comfortable working both in a workshop and on-site
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current driver’s licence preferred
- Current White Card
