About the role
Join SA Pathology as a Domiciliary Support Officer and play an important role in coordinating domiciliary specimen collection services. Working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you will manage scheduling, maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care.
This is a varied role where you'll coordinate workloads, manage databases, communicate with patients and staff, and support the efficient day-to-day operation of the domiciliary phlebotomy service. Your organisation, attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help deliver a responsive and reliable service to the community.
