People and Culture Advisor
SEE Group is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and analytical
People and Culture Advisor to join our People and Culture Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert support and advice across all areas of HR, including employee relations, industrial relations, organisational development, and compliance.
You’ll lead key initiatives and processes with a methodical and thorough approach, from managing employee relations matters and salary reviews to driving People and Culture initiatives and events, training delivery, and policy implementation. Your strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our systems, reporting, and people practices.
Key responsibilities:-
Provide strategic and operational HR support across remuneration, communications, health and wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational development

Lead complex employment relations matters, including investigations and performance management

Oversee salary reviews, data audits, and compliance-related reporting

Manage industrial relations advice and guidance, including modern award interpretation and Fair Work legislation updates

Drive projects and programs including health and wellbeing, rewards and recognition, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives

Collaborate on recruitment, training, and leadership development strategies

Coach and support managers, acting as a business partner to embed best-practice people solutions across the business
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for continuous improvement, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate, and compliant work. This role will have a People and Culture Administrator as a direct report.
You will bring:-
4-5 years’ experience in a generalist role providing high level advice, support and guidance
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employment relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, and grievance resolution

Sound understanding of industrial relations, including modern award interpretation and staying abreast of Fair Work legislative updates and changes

Experience in change management processes and best practice
- Highly motivated self-starter with a methodical approach to problem-solving and task execution

Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and analytical thinking

Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR projects and tasks with thorough planning, structured processes, and timely execution
-
Skilled in working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach and being able to deliver People and Culture Related Training

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of basic formulas and data interpretation
