Due to expansion, Eurokars Group are seeking an experienced and passionate automotive leader who can deliver above benchmark results for our dealership.
As the business is under the umbrella of Asia’s most prestigious automotive entity – The Eurokars Group, this role is a key appointment within the Group's management team.
To be considered for this role, you must have a history of leading a dealership brand in Australia, be a top performer of your field and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership;
- Perform and achieve all major budget targets, including KPI targets set by the company and manufacturer;
- Staff leadership including change management, team building and achieving sales targets;
- Working as part of an international automotive network;
- Direct and set vision for the business;
- Create & maintain a positive, effective & safe working environment for customers & staff;
Skills & experience:
- Must have 5 years of proven experience as a General Manager with positive results in all key areas of responsibility.
- Show exemplary people management skills.
- Thorough understanding of commercial and financial business management.
- Ability to build mutually respectful & productive relationships with manufacturers
- Natural mentoring and leadership skills

Pay: $88,979.18 – $221,705.43 per year
