About the Role :Are you an experienced Windscreen Repair & Installation Technician looking for more than just your next mobile gig? Do you have the drive to step out of the van and into a leadership position? We are a rapidly growing autoglass business servicing the greater Melbourne region. We are looking for a skilled, autonomous Mobile Technician who wants to hit the road immediately, with the explicit track to step up into a Management Level role as we scale our team and operations.You will spend your initial period mastering our customer service standards on the road—handling everything from stone chip repairs to full front, side, and rear replacements at customer homes, workplaces, and depots. As you prove your reliability and expertise, you will transition into coordinating workflows, managing stock, and mentoring junior technicians.What You’ll Do (On the Road & In Training)
- On-Site Glazing: Execute high-quality front windscreen replacements, side/rear glass installations, and chip repairs on a diverse fleet of passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Mobile Efficiency: Autonomously manage your daily route across Melbourne suburbs, ensuring the correct tools, matched glass, and adhesives are ready for each day's jobs.
- Customer Excellence: Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, providing clear communication and lifetime-guaranteed workmanship.
- Leadership Transition: Shadow our management team to learn operational scheduling, inventory management, and business logistics to prepare for your step-up.
What We are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive glass replacement and chip repair (Trade qualification in Automotive Glazing is highly regarded but not mandatory).
- Leadership Mindset: A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, strong time management, and the ambition to lead a team.
- Licence: A valid, clean Victorian Manual Driver’s Licence.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing mobile scheduling apps, digital invoice systems, and photo assessments.

Pay: $90,500.00 – $100,000.00 per year
