About the Role
We are looking for an organised and people-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract.
Your main focus will be high-volume recruitment of Personal Support Workers, supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey and helping us grow our frontline workforce across Queensland and Perth.
This is a full-time, office-based role working five days per week from our Woolloongabba office.
In this role you will:
- Manage Personal Support Worker recruitment from advertising through to offer and onboarding
- Review applications and conduct phone screens to determine suitability
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
- Manage candidate communication and preemployment requirements
- Maintaining candidate records and recruitment pipelines
- Work with the team to respond to changing recruitment priorities.
About You
You will enjoy working in a busy recruitment environment, speaking with candidates and keeping the process moving.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience
- Has strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Uses their initiatives to enhance processes and their skills
- Is confident communicating and building rapport with candidates
- Can manage competing priorities and a busy candidate pipeline
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
Experience in recruitment within the Disability or Aged Care industries would be advantageous.
