About the Role:
Rojone Pty Limited, an established and dynamic company based in Ingleburn, is seeking a commercially-minded and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our finance team. In this pivotal, on-site role, you will oversee financial planning, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis to support our strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, journals, and financial statements
- Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasting
- Support commercial decision-making by analyzing cost structures, pricing, and profitability.
- Conduct detailed financial variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for the leadership team
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory, compliance, and taxation deadlines
- Collaborate with the broader administrative and AR teams to streamline workflow.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven experience in a commercial Management Accounting or similar finance role within a manufacturing enviroment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and familiarity with ERP preferably Microsoft Navision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to commute daily to the Ingleburn, NSW location to directly work with our production team
