We’re seeking Occupational Therapists who are eligible for relevant registration or membership.

- Conduct assessments and manage cases to support clients’ recovery and return-to-work journeys

About the Program
Our 12-month New Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the mentorship, training, and hands-on experience needed to excel in your career. You'll have access to industry-leading experts and develop your unique approach to workplace rehabilitation.
Here’s what your first year with us will look like:
Months 1-3
- Welcome pack to get you started!
- Online induction covering technical and soft skills
- Daily on-the-ground support from your local peers and allocated mentor
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with your Team Leader
- Report writing training and support through our Quality Assurance Program
Months 3-6
- 3-month check-in to celebrate your progress
- Weekly supervision with your mentor
- Ongoing case reviews and Quality Assurance support
- Access to our incentive program
- Development of your next 6-month plan
Months 6-12
- Advanced mentoring to help you achieve your goals
