Client Executive | Wollongong
We are seeking an aspirational broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture, supported
closely by experienced colleagues and well-established leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.
As a Client Executive, you'll join our high performing National Team, specialising in the delivery of risk management solutions to a diverse client base. You'll service and grow a portfolio of clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.

What the day will look like
-
End to end account management of an existing commercial client portfolio.

Servicing, sales and client administration.

Building strong client relationships and understanding of risks pertinent to each individual business

Engaging with internal stakeholders and external industry partners.

Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims.

Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of currencies and invoicing.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking), essential!

Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

Insurance broking experience, servicing and growing a client portfolio

Strong attention to detail

Receptive to learning & a growth mindset.
