The Role
We are seeking a determined, professional, and visionary Registered Nurse Manager to join our team in Helensvale, QLD. This is a rewarding and meaningful opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role.
As the Nurse Manager, you will lead our Support Team, ensuring our daily operations align with the organization's overarching strategy, vision, and values. You will leverage your advanced nursing knowledge to foster an environment of clinical excellence, open communication, and efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Exemplary Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire the Support Team to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Clinical Oversight: Utilize advanced nursing knowledge and skills to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Strategic Alignment: Champion the facility's strategy, vision, and core values across all team operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all home care services meet or exceed strict industry regulatory requirements.
- Resource Management: Oversee efficient resource allocation and foster effective, transparent communication across the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- AHPRA Registration: Current, valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Required).
- Work Authorisation: Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
Pay: $57,828.39 – $110,483.71 per year
