About Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay
Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is set on The Farm – an 80-acre working farm where regenerative farming, great food and genuine hospitality come together.
Our retail store showcases produce grown on the farm alongside a curated range of products from local growers, makers and producers, allowing guests to take a little piece of The Farm home with them.
The Role
We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Retail Team Members to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves connecting with people, takes pride in presentation and enjoys sharing great products with our guests. You’ll help create a welcoming retail experience while sharing the story behind our farm and local producers.
You’ll be responsible for:
Providing warm and genuine customer service
Maintaining a clean, organised and beautifully presented store
Supporting stock replenishment, merchandising and daily operations
Processing sales and assisting guests with product knowledge
Working closely with the wider venue team to deliver a great guest experience
About You
You’ll bring:
A positive, friendly and reliable attitude
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
An interest in food, produce and local products
Previous retail or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
