The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and deliver high-impact programs that drive sales effectiveness, accelerate productivity, and embed a culture of continuous learning.
This is a highly visible, business-critical role where you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to bring enablement strategies to life. From onboarding new Account Executives to scaling advanced sales capability, you’ll lead initiatives that make a measurable difference to performance.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based in our Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Sales Effectiveness: Partner with Sales Leadership to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement that improves performance and accelerates time to productivity
Lead Enablement Programs: Own and deliver 3–4 concurrent enablement programs aligned to regional priorities and Sales Excellence strategy
Embed a Culture of Coaching: Oversee manager coaching frameworks, performance clinics, and Sales Academy initiatives to strengthen leadership capability
Deliver Practical Learning: Bring enablement to life through a blend of structured learning, coaching, role plays, and real-world application
Shape Sales Capability: Develop and deliver training focused on sales craft, differentiation, and strategic initiatives that elevate seller performance
Enable Sales Leaders: Equip leaders with tools, dashboards, and insights so they can effectively coach and develop their teams
Continuously Improve: Proactively assess enablement needs and evolve programs to address skill gaps and changing business priorities
Manage Enablement Content: Oversee and continuously improve training materials, assets, and learning experiences to ensure relevance and impact
Measure What Matters: Track and report on program effectiveness, linking enablement activity to clear performance outcomes and business results
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Performance within a fast-paced, commercial environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, sales methodology, and sales coaching frameworks
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes
Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing at multiple levels
A data-driven approach, with the ability to measure impact and continuously optimise programs
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
A passion for developing people and building high-performance sales cultures
